The Advanced Guided Training delivers excellent value for the money. It includes up to 6 planned training sessions per week, we specifically prepare you for up to 3 races per year as your main peaks of season, the program includes 2 live remote training sessions and 5 video analysis services. There is also a 10% discount on aramtraining events such as training camps and seminars.Your training plan is updated every 6 weeks based on your individual progress, and our main communication channel is e-mail.
This program is ideal for you if you like to train indepentently, but you also value frequent coach’s feedback on your technique and you would like to join aramtraining camps and seminars.
Why is there a program start phase charge?
During the first two weeks of training, it is important to understand how to do the training, more specifically: how to hit the right intensities, how to do the weight training, where to find the mobility and core workouts. During the first 14 days, we spend a lot of effort to make sure that you get the best out of you training program. This requires a lot of extra time, which is, to a large extent, an investment from us in your success, and, to a small extent, covered by the start phase charge. It is only charged once at the beginning of our journey.
How often do I get an updated training plan?
Up to monthly.
