I build up athletes and teams on a longterm basis – on site and remotely.
My main task is to write elaborate, highly individualized high performance training plans, tailor made to your needs and time budget.
I work with individual athletes of all age categories and entire teams – Juniors, U23s, Olympic candidates, Masters
My core principles:
# Absolutely individualized training planning, including important and well structured details such as strategic endurance development, specific core training, mobility training, strength training and mental training.
# Your health is priority number 1.
#Clear cut focus on high performance
I don’t care how old you are, how tall or how small you are, when you started to row or what other people consider to be “possible” for you.
The only thing that counts for me is that you do have a goal and serious dedication to get there.

Speed & Technique Training Camp
2019 we are coming back to Völkermarkt. A gorgeous 17km stretch of water, almost exclusively available to us rowers. Join us on a 4-day high performance speed and technique training camp right within Austria’s southern Alpine region. Monday, August 19 – Thursday, August 22. The optional start at the clubs Sprint races on Sunday, August 18th marks a great entry to a highly effective training camp.
